Returns, Replacements And Refunds

At Craftriti, we take immense pride in creating thoughtfully designed ceramic pieces meant to be a beautiful part of your everyday life. Each product is carefully handcrafted and packaged with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you safely.

While our pieces are made to be used and enjoyed daily, we also recognize the delicate nature of ceramics during transit. In the rare event that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Process

Every Craftriti product is handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means slight variations in color, shape, or finish are natural and add to its unique charm. These are not considered defects.

We currently do not offer returns. However, in the following cases, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or store credit:

  • You receive a damaged or chipped product
  • You receive the wrong item

Reporting an Issue

Your email must include:

  • Order ID
  • Delivery address
  • Clear images of the product
  • Image of the outer packaging with label
  • (Highly recommended) Unboxing video

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Replacement & Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost
  • If the product is unavailable, you will receive store credit or a refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

For cancellations before dispatch, you may choose:

  • Exchange for another product (price difference applicable), OR
  • Store credit for future use

Important Guidelines

  • Handmade Nature: Slight variations in color, glaze, size, or finish are natural and not considered defects
  • Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:
    • If incorrect details are provided or delivery is missed/refused, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost
  • Tampered Package:
    • If the package appears tampered, please do not accept it and inform us immediately
  • Unboxing Video:
    • Strongly recommended for faster resolution in case of damage claims

Final Decision

All requests for replacements or refunds are subject to review. Craftriti reserves the right to make the final decision based on the information provided.
